So, on this first day of autumn 2021, let’s have some fun with names and hope you get a chuckle out it. No politics, pandemic or other serious subjects, just a little fun that we could all use.

When it comes to last names there are millions of them. Some are easy to pronounce, some very difficult and some lend themselves to laughter or a scratching of the head. I can’t tell you how many times, to this day, that I get mail addressed to me as Kock, not Koch and the jokes I have heard regarding my last name. With that in mind I have been scanning the wedding and engagement pages of a variety of newspapers from all over the U.S over time. The sole object was to find the real names of couples that had a sexual connotation to them and I was able to come up with some real gems.
