( HOLLYWOOD, CA ) – For the past thirty six years, the X-Rated Critics Organization has recognized the best and brightest in the world of adult entertainment. The annual XRCO Awards Show is always a star-studded night of fun, festivities and frivolity. This year, the Covid 19 pandemic has put a damper on in-person gatherings. The XRCO, entire adult industry as a whole and the world at large have had to come up with alternative methods to celebrate achievements and recognize excellence.
In lieu of the customary live awards show and industry party, the XRCO has announced this year’s nominees and winners via video available at: “We hated having to cancel the live show and party,” says XRCO’s Dirty Bob. “But the safety of performers and our colleagues in the industry is too important. The idea of announcing the nominees and winners via video, seemed like the next best thing.”
The nomination video was released two weeks ago and features appearances by XXX superstars of today and wonderful blasts from the past.

“The response to our nomination video released a few weeks ago was incredibly positive,” adds DB. “This new one, the winners video, combines the nomination announcement with nearly all of the available winners from their homes, accepting their awards, some of them quite creatively. Also included is a really nice Hall of Fame segment with award winners who were actually at the very first XRCO Awards Show back in 1985! Who? It’s a surprise that will be revealed in the winners video. We are very appreciative of the effort everyone put forth in putting this together with a special thank you to Alex “Monstar” Raymond of Star Factory PR for the tremendous job he did editing the video clips together.”
“I’m amazed how fast everything came together,” said Monstar. “It was a lot of work, but I’m pleased with the way it turned out. It was also great to have Tanya Tate do the announcing. She has a wonderful voice and gave the video depth.”
