Los Angeles, Calif. – (August 14, 2019) – 2019 AVN and XBIZ award-winning adult entertainment powerhouse Wicked Pictures today announced the release of Faithless from prolific filmmaker Mike Quasar. Showcasing Female Performer of the Year nominee Whitney Wright and industry veteran Ryan Driller, Quasar’s latest creation for the Wicked Passions franchise of sensual erotica for women and couples blends a topical, fully-scripted storyline with erotic performances and thoughtfully rendered characterizations. An emergent superstar, Whitney’s Wicked filmography spans virtually all of the studio’s most popular lines, from Wicked Passions (Quasar’s Love Song and High School Reunion) to Wicked All-Sex (Quasar’s upcoming He Loves Me In Collars & Cuffs 2, available August 28th) and Jonathan Morgan’s award-nominated Wicked feature Cursed.
In Faithless, Ms. Wright portrays Laura, an aspiring actress from small-town America who makes her way to LA with stars in her eyes. Her boyfriend waits patiently for her back home as she struggles with issues of trust and monogamy after hooking up with a handsome (and married) personal trainer. She soon finds herself in a web of affairs, secrets, and lies. Is it worse to be cheated on or to be the cheater? Laura finds herself being both in Faithless. In addition to delivering a nuanced, sympathetic performance in the lead, Whitney appears in two commercial scenes (with Jake Adams and Ryan Driller, respectively), and is ably supported by an A-list cast which includes Aaliyah Love, Lacy Lennon, Tommy Pistol, and Sara Vandella.
Faithless is another highlight in what is quickly becoming a record year for industry stalwart Mike Quasar. His 2019 XBIZ nominations included three for Wicked’s Second First Date, including Couples-Themed Release of the Year, while his hit Love Junkies picked up Couples-Themed Release of the Year and Best Actress – Couples-Themed Release. His Wicked Passions production Hollywood Ending garnered Tommy Pistol both Best Actor – Couples-Themed Release and Best Sex Scene Couples-Themed Release.
