LOS ANGELES (Feb. 6, 2023) — Vixen Media Group, the leader in luxury adult entertainment, announced the recent release of “Casting Couch,” written and directed by model, author and award-winning adult star, Maitland Ward. The new scene represents Maitland’s Tushy debut, and it will be available exclusively on the renowned brand’s site February 5.

In “Casting Couch,” Maitland puts a spin on the stereotypical Hollywood auditions narrative — where men have all the power and dictate how women dress, behave and perform — except she plays by her own rules and directs what happens on the casting couch in an artfully, erotic way.

“’Casting Couch’ serves as a provocative take on the old Hollywood system and the power dynamics at play, but with a delicious twist—the actress is now in charge,” said Maitland. “I wanted to create this film, not only because it’s a take on my own journey to a seat of authority and command, but also because you rarely get to see a woman in Hollywood in such a dominant light. It was really fun being the one auditioning the guys and enticing them to give me everything I wanted. I loved being in this powerful position.”

The newest scene also represents the second project Maitland has written and directed for Vixen Media Group. She reflected on the accomplishment to both direct and perform and said, “Both scenes for Blacked and Tushy were a nod to my Hollywood past and also a metaphor for my own journey to the top where I now call the shots. It truly is a Christmas morning feeling writing a scene and then having the opportunity to bring  it to life. The team at Vixen has been so encouraging and phenomenal to work with.”
