Respect is mutual and for me, it’s about ensuring trans performers occupy as much space and opportunity as our cis counterparts. This is not just because of performer preferences. I’ve lost count of how many performers want to work with me but are held back by their agents or sites that explicitly bar trans individuals from joining. This needs to change.
