MONTREAL, Quebec (May 11, 2018) – Mile High Media’s awarded all-girl studio Sweetheart Video announces the production of big-budget roller derby feature, “Talk Derby To Me,” starring porn superstars Stoya and Joanna Angel.The erotic sports drama is a first for Sweetheart Video’s newest director Ricky Greenwood, exploring the close relationships and competitive nature of a women’s roller derby team. The all-star cast also includes Katrina Jade, Elsa Jean, Gia Paige, Sovereign Syre, Arabelle Raphael and Carmen Caliente.

Written by directing sensation Rick Greenwood, “Talk Derby To Me” marks his third film in adult cinema. His first two blockbuster films, “Confession Of A Sinful Nun” and “Becoming Elsa,” received critical acclaim and record sales.

“I liked the way Ricky handled sexuality in Confessions of a Sinful Nun,” says Stoya on choosing this film with Ricky Greenwood and Sweetheart Video. “Paired with his respectful tone used when reaching out to me about the Talk Derby to Meproject made this something I wanted to be a part of.”

Ricky Greenwood comments on his new all-girl adult feature saying, “I was fortunate that Joanna Angel and Stoya signed on to create this movie with me. I’m a fan of both their work and knew they would embody their roller derby characters perfectly. Having Stoya choose this project means a lot to me. I know she’s very selective with the adult work she does now, and it was a true pleasure having her be a major part of this film.”

Greenwood continues, “For me it’s the perfect premise for an all-girl adult movie. We’re capturing the dueling sides of a roller derby team with plenty of passion and pent up lust, add the derby action in the rink, and it’s all-girl eroticism with some of the very best performers and actresses in adult!”

Joanna Angel comments on teaming with Sweetheart Video for Greenwood’s film saying, “This is the first feature I’ve been in that wasn’t directed/produced for myself in quite some time—stepping outside of my zone was a very big decision for me to make. I know I made the right one. Working with Ricky Greenwood was an amazing experience, the minute we met I felt like we were friends our entire lives.”

Angel continues, “The casting for this movie was perfect, and being able to perform with Stoya was incredibly special. The entire experience of being on set felt like one big lesbian slumber party! I can’t wait for the world to see this release, and please forgive my pathetic attempt at pretending to I know how to roller-skate.”

Stoya adds, “Working with Joanna Angel was a really intense scene. We’ve known each other for a number of years but had never performed together for the camera, and having that much history meant there were a lot of layers behind the sex. It’s definitely one of my most emotionally connected sex scenes.”
