(Hollywood, CA) Multi-award-winning French Canadian adult director and writer Ricky Greenwood took top honors at the 2024 AVN Awards and his casts and crews also scored some incredible wins.
One of the biggest awards shows of the season took place at Resorts World in Las Vegas. Ricky Greenwood took home top honors—for the second year in a row, he won Grand Reel, and this time, it was for Digital Playground’s “Machine Gunner,” as well as Best Directing Portfolio – Cross-Genre for his work in the straight, trans, and gay genres for multiple studios.
Two of Ricky’s scenes from “Machine Gunner” also won—Kira Noir and Tommy Pistol won for Best Oral Sex Scene, and Kira Noir, Charles Dera, and Scott Nails won for Best Tag-Team Sex Scene. The feature “Raining Blood” (or “Night of the Jizzed-In Dead”) starring Ana Foxxx and Tommy Pistol, which Ricky did for Somegore, also picked up an AVN Trophy for Most Outrageous Sex Scene.
Ricky’s crews also picked up some major honors. Tommy Pistol scored a Best Leading Actor win for Adult Time’s “Feed Me,” and Kira Noir took home the trophy for Best Leading Actress for her work in “Machine Gunner.” And Raven Lux won Best Hair & Makeup for Adult Time’s “Sally Mae: The Revenge of the Twin Dragons.”
