Jacky St. James has created a good couples friendly film with this narrated story by “the voyeur”. It centers around a man who inherits his late mother’s huge home that is loaded with surveillance cameras. The young man begins to rent out rooms in the house to a variety of couples. Then he begins to watch their every move, especially sexual, sitting at a master control board of all the cameras in the house. However, this idea of spying on other people’s lives, their problems, their sex lives and more takes a strange turn when he begins to have deep feelings for one of the women.
It open s with the voyeur explaining everything that will be going on and how this has come about and then we get the chance to see the first couple, Chad White and Lily Love in action. As the voyeur says, by day they are your typical suburban couple, but by night their sexual games take on a different turn. Here we see Lily in a cranberry bra and panty set on all fours up on the table as Chad lightly spanks her with a flogger that she reacts to wanting more. Then there is kissing and caressing, some teasing by Chad and more with the flogger. Then he does some behind munching that Lily gets off on, works his hand in her before turning her around and doing more pussy eating that really gets her motor going for a lot more. All this time he is still fully dressed as he plays with her and gets her all worked up. Chad sits down and makes her come over and begin to suck his cock and that really gets things going. There is a lot more with these two that culminates in a pop shot over her pussy and tummy. Then the voyeur is seen relishing the scene he just saw. That is followed by Chad and Lily several days later giving the voyeur their last rent check as the time has come for them to move on.
The other scenes that follow and watched by the voyeur are varied. There is Valentina and Ryan who argue a lot, but put up a good front when his brother Van Wylde comes to visit. Of course Valentina sets her sights on him for some sexual pleasures and there is quite an ending to this little get together that the voyeur gets a kick out of. Then we have Melissa and Lyra and the voyeur really enjoyed watching this duo and all they were up to with each other. Then Lyra saying she had a boyfriend and wanted to make it a threesome the conflict begins. It is also at this point the voyeur begins to find out that he has feelings for Melissa and hates seeing her being so vulnerable. So what is there to do? At this point we will leave the rest for you to discover for yourself in this dramatic turnaround.
The entire concept here of the voyeur, the cameras, the angles, the couples and the dialogue all fit together like a glove. Ms. St. James has fashioned a fine look at what could go on in a large home surrounded by security cameras and one person with an obsession for his tenants. What is especially well done is that the voyeur is not played as some slimey,whacking off sicko. Rather, Logan Pierce as the voyeur, was perfect in the role giving his character a very human personality of true and honest feelings. What it all leads to and how it will all play out with one particular tenant is very well done with a nice added twist towards the end. Great camera work, a terrific cast, excellent writing with a touch of humor, some sizzling sex scenes and plenty of good entertainment make this a solid view. I definitely recommend “The Voyeur” for some very worthwhile adult enjoyment. ****
