Jacky St. James has quite a successful, award winning track record as a writer/director. Now working with the Sweet Sinner folks she continues to explore the dark sides of sexuality with another solid and engrossing effort. It is a film and story line that will grab you right from the start and pull you into a world of hidden desires, dreams and needs to see what is yet to be discovered when it comes to sexuality. The film stars Cassidy Klein as Natalie and Mickey Mod as Bryce. Ms. Klein has become a huge favorite of mine not only sexually, but because she also has some very natural, believable and realistic acting chops which makes watching her overall performances so much better.
The story and plot line center on Natalie and Bryce, a young couple who have found a great relationship with each other, but there is a problem. That problem lies within Natalie because of the things that she has hidden from others and especially Bryce. For some time Natalie has had secret desire and her own curiosities that are what some would call kinky and not natural. She has dreams and thoughts of being totally submissive to the wants and needs of another male (Tommy Pistol). While they are just dreams and have never been actually carried out, the desire to explore this and more is taking its toll on her.
The opening sex scene between the two main characters takes place after a night out on a date and once they get home it doesn’t take long for these two to rip intio each other with kisses, caresses and losing their clothes. You can immediately see that there is an excellent chemistry between these two as they go about pleasuring each other with a variety of ways oral, missionary, spoon, cowgirl, reverse, doggy and a lot more. It is also obvious that Mickey’s (Bryce) actions with Cassidy (Natalie) are working well by the sounds, looks and movements she is making in response. The two of them are very powerful, passionate and intense with each other and totally into it. He finally unloads his man juice over her snatch in a very hot and heavy scene that played well and looked beautiful. These two have another scene together that wraps this film and the storyline.
In the meantime there are three other scenes that take place, one that includes the aforementioned Tommy Pistol and Cherie DeVille as a BDSM couple. This scene is one of Natalie’s dream sequences that takes place. There is another scene with Gia Page and James Deen that takes place and raises some eyebrows among the friends, which include Natalie and Bryce. Then there is another scene between Michael Vegas and the buzz cut blonde Riley NJixon. It is one very hot scene and she is a young lady who may look different, but damn, she is a keeper!
I love Ms. St. James and the talents she has for writing, directing, casting and the efforts that go into her productions. I was spoiled by the Emma Marx series and while this one had all the elements of a great film, there were a couple of shortcomings. One being that we never get to see Natalie, even in a dream sequence, live out her kinky fantasies with Tommy, Micheal or James. Second, there were times that it just seemed a bit disjointed. However, when all was said and done this was still a terrific film to watch, enjoy and review. Cassidy was once again superb in every way and the entire cast was just super. The lighting, the shadings, and visuals were excellent. The cinematography captured the passion, kink and intensity of the sex scenes very well giving the viewer a great piece of entertainment.
If you want something just a bit different with a good cast of performers along with a good story line then I certainly suggest getting “Darker Side of Desire” from Sweet Sinner Films. It is perfect for couples looking for a story and something a bit different in a sexual way. ****
