**** 4 stars

One of the things you can always count on in a film helmed by the award winning Jacky St. James is a realistic story line performed by solid actors. She is also extremely adept in getting more with less, meaning a small cast with a big return in both the sex and non sex segments. Everything is always blended well, paced the right way and offers up plenty of good sex entertainment for couples to get their groove on. In this release you get all of that much more.

The story revolves around Brandon and Carly. At one time these two were madly in love with each other, but a serious breakup took place and they went their separate ways. Brandon moved on and has a new girl in his life and all seems to be going well. By chance he and Carly reconnect some years later she still has feelings for him and cannot let go. Brandon has made it clear that he has a new life, a new lady and his life is just fine. That is a hard pill to swallow and hoping to make Brandon jealous she plays up to his best friend Drew. This is where the trouble starts to manifest itself. There is an unwritten rule that you don’t sleep with your best friends girl, even if she is now an ex with designs of getting the ex boyfriend back.

As this all plays out with plenty of sex taking place in very passion filled, intense couplings, is it just for the sex or are there real feelings here? As things move along and Brandon is getting it on with his new girl, Drew is making some hot inroads with Carly. There is no question that while it is very obvious from her looks and sounds that she is very satisfied with Drew’s sexual prowess, underneath it all she is still wanting to have Brandon back. On the other hand while Brandon knows what’s going on is he beginning to thimnk that maybe he and Carly, after all this time, are destined to be together? Throw in a little twist and turn here and there as Ms. James loves to do and that just makes everything much more interesting to see how this all plays out for everyone involved.

Some sharp writing in a very realistic and believable way that is well played by this small, but very effective cast. The settings are nicely done and put together, the camera work allows for some extremely good visuals of not only the sex, but the moves and reactions of the players. Overall, this is another fine production from Ms. St. James that couples will certainly enjoy, so be sure to check out “My Bestfriends Girl” from Sweet Sinner.
