Raven left right before the winner of Hottest Fetish Star was announced—she tied Mistress Dolly for the coveted sexy X trophy.

“I had a scene early on Monday and had to leave. I’m so bummed that I couldn’t go on stage and thank my agent, publicist, and fans. I couldn’t have done it without them.
