Lulu Romanova Left the Friendly Skies Behind for a New Home in the Penthouse Spotlight as September’s Pet of the Month
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 1, 2026) – Penthouse is proud to introduce Lulu Romanova as their September 2026 Pet of the Month. A former professional flight attendant turned model and influencer, Romanova brings a love of animals, confidence, and personality to her Penthouse debut.
Originally from Sacramento, California, Lulu says one of the favorite things about her hometown is a combination of incredible food and proximity to the Sierra Nevada mountains. Her varied background includes work as a preschool teacher, ski instructor, and flight attendant. If she could choose any career in the world, however, she says it would be as a wildlife rehabilitator due to her deep love for animals.
Penthouse Photo Editor Sam Phillips was immediately impressed by Lulu’s distinctive look and personality. “The owner of the most insane waist to hip ratio I’ve ever seen is our Penthouse Pet of the Month for September, the lovely Lulu Romanova,” Phillips said.

We asked Lulu what the sexiest quality a person could possess was and she confessed, ‘Confidence.’ She credits humor as a turn on, and lack of humor (and manners) as a turn off. Lulu shared her ideal man is, ‘Kind, funny, clean, confident and ambitious,’ and her ideal date as, ‘Some kind of activity I have never done before… I’m an adventurous spirit.’
Delightfully down to earth, Lulu loves to spend her spare time going to the gym, spending time with her pets, cooking delicious food, going dancing with her friends, and traveling. She confided if she could do anything for a day, it would be spending it at a spa with all her besties.
This animal lover is happiest when cuddling with her fur babies. Lulu told us they are her inspiration to work hard: ‘I want my pets to have the best life possible.’ I concur, Lulu. I want MY Pets to have the best life possible, too. Welcome to your new family!”
For Lulu, adventure is clearly a way of life.Citing Winter as her favorite time of year, Lulu says her ideal vacation destination is Reykjavik, Iceland, while her dream place to live is Lake Tahoe. When it comes to relaxing, she enjoys Pilates and working with her personal trainer, and admits five pillows are required for a proper night’s sleep. She counts skiing among her favorite sports and says her adventurous spirit is also what gets her into trouble, “I’m always on a side-quest, to a fault.”
