MONTREAL, Quebec(November 27, 2019) – Sister adult companies Mile High Media and O.L. Entertainment earned 41 nominations for the 2020 XBIZ Awards. The nominations recognize the work of the companies’ acclaimed directors and studios, Bellesa Films, Family Sinners, Sweet Sinner, Sweetheart Video, Icon Male, TransSensual, Hard X, Dark X, Lesbian X and Erotica X.
The 2020 XBIZ Awards will be presented on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the JW Marriott L.A. LIVE, 900 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The awards honor excellence and outstanding achievement in the adult industry.

Mile High Media was recognized with the Studio of the Year nomination following the success of the blockbuster release “Confessions of a Sinful Nun 2: The Rise of Sister Mona,” from Sweetheart Video which earned eight nominations, including All-Girl Feature of the Year, Best Actress for Mona Wales and Best Supporting Actress for industry legend Nina Hartley.
Sweetheart Video altogether earned 14 nominations, including its other All-Girl Feature Movie of the Year, “Girls of Wrestling,” All-Girl Non-Feature Release of the Year for two showcase releases “Alexis Loves Girls,” and “Brandi Loves Girls 2” as well as All-Girl Series of the Year for its “Loves Girls” series.
Hard X continued its run of nominations with four, including Gonzo Release of the Year for “DP Me 8,” and Gonzo Series of the Year for the best-selling series “Anal Cuties” and “DP Me,” among others. The couples-oriented studio Sweet Sinner earned three nominations led by Taboo Themed Release of the Year for “Sibling Seductions 3” along with Best Sex Scene – Erotic-Themed for “What We Do for Money” with Whitney Wright & Marcus London, and Best Sex Scene – Taboo-Themed for “Sibling Seductions 3” with Aidra Fox & Lucas Frost.
Erotica X also received three nominations, including Vignette Release of the Year for “Sexual Encounters 2,” while the trans imprint TransSensual also received three nominations, including Trans Studio of the Year and Trans Movie of the Year for “Hot for My TS Teacher.”
The new studio Bellesa Films also received three nominations, including Best New Studio/Imprint.
The studios’ acclaimed directors Jacky St. James and Ricky Greenwood were nominated for Director of the Year – Body of Work and for Director of the Year – Feature Movie, while industry veteran Mason was cited for Director of the Year – Non-Feature.
