Mike Stabile is a journalist and documentary filmmaker with more than 10 years of experience working on issues involving sex workers’ rights and sexual expression.

He is also the founder of Polari Media, a media strategy company serving businesses in the adult industry, and SWR Data, a market research firm focused on the creator economy.

Stabile also serves as policy director for the Free Speech Coalition, where his work centers on issues related to free speech and the adult industry.

In recent years, he has worked with lawmakers at both the state and federal levels on legislation affecting the industry, including measures involving online content regulation and free expression.

The Free Speech Coalition, a trade association and advocacy group representing the adult industry, has opposed several age-verification proposals it views as ineffective while supporting legislative efforts designed to prevent minors from accessing adult content online.
