Promotional Photo Shoot Art Directed & Styled by Advocate Christy Mack; 20% of All Sales Profits to go to Trans-Youth Scholarship
NEW YORK (September 14, 2015) – Mia Isabella teams up with Profane Clothing for a gorgeous new signature collection shirt. Twenty percent of all profits from sales of the shirt will go a trans-youth scholarship created by the international model and actress.
“I was overwhelmed during those moments, as a young person dealing with their gender identity; I realized why so many young trans people take their lives,” Isabella says. “But instead of crumbling, I decided to stand with those who stand for freedom, hope, and love.”
The photo shoot had a special guest: victims advocate Christy Mack, who assisted in art directing and styling Isabella on set for the shoot.
“She was my art director and stylist,” says Isabella. “In fact, she was the person who was there for me when I was all alone, and gave me the confidence to shoot again.”
Profane Clothing designer and photographer Se7en, known for his work at www.HausofSe7en.com, is a friend of Isabella. The long-time collaborator helped her send the positive message, after Isabella became the target of cyberbullying and tabloid speculation over the summer, during her media scandal over her relationship with rapper Tyga.
“She’s a great model, and always a pleasure to work with,” says Se7en. “But more than that, we wanted to support Mia and make people aware of the positive aspects of being in the limelight, even in this circumstance.”
