The Sex Comedy by Will Ryder Rakes in Multiple Awards for the Studio
LAS VEGAS (February 6, 2020) – Adam & Eve Pictures’ blockbuster sex comedy Love Emergency has earned multiple awards at the 2020 AVN Awards, including Best Comedy, Best Comedic Screenplay, and Best Director – Comedic Production for acclaimed director Will Ryder.
The 2020 AVN Awards, presented on January 25 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, honored excellence and outstanding achievement in the adult entertainment industry as well as in adult consumer goods and services.
Love Emergency, which earned 10 AVN nominations, was written and directed by Hall of Fame member Will Ryder, who earned AVN awards for Best Director – Comedic Production, Best Comedic Screenplay, and Best Comedy. The sex comedy also earned adult starlet Misty Stone her first AVN Award for Best Non-Sex Performance for her role as a sassy hospital patient.

Love Emergency tells the story of a panhandler, portrayed by Tommy Pistol, masquerading as a surgeon in order to win the heart of a pretty nurse.
