With its thoughtfully-rendered story, smoldering sex and pristine HD videography, Second First Date is an awards-worthy triumph from Quasar, whose previous Wicked collaboration with Carrera and Pierce, Ingenue, saw Tommy Pistol win the 2018 AVN Award for Best Actor. While Mercedes was a supporting player in Ingenue, the statuesque (5′ 8″) Southern California native is the main event here, and she imbues her first lead in a Wicked feature with grace, style, and charisma to spare.

Though her acting chemistry with the handsome Pierce is unmistakable, Carerra saves her highest praise for Quasar’s writing and directing, telling her social media followers Second First Date is “a very sweet film!
