(Las Vegas, NV / March 18, 2024) — Izzy Wilde is feeling the love with two big announcements at Sunday’s Trans Erotica Awards Show, as the wildly popular performer took home the trophy for 2024’s ‘TS Virtual Lovers Model of the Year’ on behalf of the VR brand Trans Virtual Lovers.
Upon taking the stage to accept her award, Wilde took a moment to express her gratitude, saying, “”It’s hard to know when the wind will blow your way, so that’s why it’s important to live your truth and express yourself every day… the unknown is scary, but you never know if you never try,” before dropping a bombshell statement:
“In about six months from now, I will be undergoing bottom surgery… this is extremely important to me and I’m ready, even if I have no idea how things will be after. All I know is that I am prepared for the worst and hoping for the best… I hope that I can continue sex work after my recovery, but time will only tell. Until then, I will be making new content up until September… it’s exactly six months, it’s September 10th.”
While Wilde’s future in the industry may be uncertain after September, she says that “my transition is for me, and I’m so grateful to be able to be in this position in the first place. I wanted to let everyone know, because I love my industry so fucking much! I feel like, given my position, everybody deserves to know!”
