(Los Angeles, CA / November 28, 2023) — Holly Randall Productions’ first featurette Hopeless is being honored with three XBIZ Award nominations for creative filmmaking.

The film, starring Casey Calvert and Lumi Ray about a surprise romance that springs up between best friends, is nominated for:

* Best Sex Scene – All-Girl for Calvert and Ray

* Best Editing for Jeffrey John Hart, who wrote and directed the story, and Kyle McQueen

“Finding out that Hopeless received three XBIZ Award nominations was definitely a highlight of my year, as Jeff put so much work into this project,” said Holly Randall. “The result was a beautiful film that certainly doesn’t come across as a typical adult movie, and we thank the team at XBIZ for acknowledging this film as an award contender for 2024.”

XBIZ Awards winners will be announced on Saturday, January 21 at LA’s Hollywood Palladium.

A luminary in the world of erotic storytelling, Holly Randall was destined for a life behind the lens. Born in Hollywood, California to legendary photographer Suze Randall – an industry trailblazer as one of adult’s first female photographers and filmmakers- Holly’s affinity for photography and filmmaking was cultivated from an early age.

Like her mother, Holly grew up with a similar creative flair behind the camera; she attended Brooks Institute of Photography to hone her craft, then joined the family business assisting her mother. Holly has worked for nearly every brand in the adult industry including Penthouse, Hustler, Adam & Eve, Twistys, and Brazzers. She also hosted the popular Playboy TV Show Adult Film School and the Digital Playground competition DP Star. She published several photography books through GOLIATH, including Erotic Dream Girls, Kinky Lingerie Girls, Kinky Nylons, Kinky Super Beauties and Super Nylon Parade.

In 2017, Holly launched the wildly popular weekly podcast Holly Randall Unfiltered – currently at 300+ episodes and counting – and has appeared in documentaries such as Netflix series Hot Girls Wanted, Amazon Prime Video’s Back Issues: The Hustler Magazine Story, and Vice TV’s Before the Internet.
