We began this series on AAN almost 2 years ago and have highlighted established stars, new faces and starlets, some who have come and gone. Today we reach a milestone with the 100th edition of this feature and for number 100 we present one of the industry’s top MILF stars, Cherie DeVille.
She was born on August 30, 1978 in Durham, North Carolina, but did a lot of her growing up in Washington, DC, and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. As a youngster, she rode horses, did ballet, played in a band, and was even a cheerleader. Cherie was on the swim team in school and was a lifeguard at age 16.
After high school Cherie went on to college and achieved her doctorate in physical therapy. Yep, this 5’ 5” blonde bombshell is an accredited, real life doctor! As far as we know she is the only one in adult films with that distinction. So how does one go from being a doctor to getting themselves into porn?
Cherie was working as a physical therapist in Tennessee when the opportunity fell into her lap. While she was helping a friend in the making of a commercial, Ms. DeVille discovered she liked the idea of being photographed. She created a profile on the site Model Mayhem and soon after was contacted by OC Modeling.
She began modeling and then, as often happens, one thing led to another. At the age of 34 she decided to give porn a shot and see what might happen. It wasn’t something she had planned on doing but it seemed like fun and Cherie has always been about following your desires and doing anything that sounds fun.
So in 2012 the career of this busty blonde began. Being very comfortable with females she only did girl/girl scenes for about the first six months. At the time she was under contract with Brazzers when she did her first boy/girl scenes. When that contract ran out, Cherie decided to not resign and become independent.
Since then this sexy lady has worked for some of the top companies doing close to 300 scenes. Another amazing thing about Cherie is that she still practices as a doctor when not doing films, but that’s not all. She also is a drummer in a local band back in Tennessee, teaches swing dance classes and spends time with family. No doubt she is a very diversified lady with many interests and talents beside her adult film side.
She is personable, friendly and joy to be around.
