Fragment of Love

Fragment of Love – Adam & Eve Pictures – Director – Skye Blue – Cast – AJ Applegate, Jessa Rhodes, Mia Malkova, Jenna Sativa, Chanel Preston, Damon Dice, Ryan McLane, Steven St. Croix, Aaron Wilcoxxx

This is a story about a young couple, Cally (AJ Applegate) and Rob (Aaron Wilcoxxx) who break up in a very painful way. The memories of the past leave a lot of hurt with both of them. No matter how they try, they can’t shake it so what do they do? They both go through hypnosis unbeknown to each other and hope that it will erase the memories of the past so they can both move on with their lives and once and for all put the past behind them. But can they?  In a nicely paced directorial effort by Skye Blue, we see the characters come to life to do battle with their inner feelings and what they discover is best for both.

As the film opens we see a guy on a bike, who we find out later is Rob. He comes across Cally who is struggling with broken mannequin and going to her car. He offers to help but she refuses and tells him to leave her alone. It’s obvious she doesn’t know who he is. Then the scene switches to Rob and his friend  (Ryan McLane) and he is talking about how Cally didn’t know him and Ryan explains that is because she is undergoing these hypnotic treatments to forget. So in the next scene we see Rob coming across a struggling Cally in a dumpster with a big pink door. He asks her what she was doing and she claims she is an artist. As it turns out this was how they met each other.

Ryan shows him a catalog about the hypnosis and Rob looks it over and decides to go see about it. He meets with the doctor and his assistant (Steven St. Croix and Chanel Preston) and they explain their program to him and what it can do. After the consultation Rob has some thinking to do but at home he just can’t seem to shake Cally out of his mind. Mia is Rob’s friend and she is trying to help him with a series of photos that will be used in the hypnosis. Mia’s gal pal Jenna is curious about Mia and if she ever got it on with Cally. She says not really and of course that leads Jenna to take care of Mia. Rob is still having issues about Cally as we see in some flashbacks as he still contemplates the idea of hypnosis. Rob finally submits to the testing and has a lot of flashbacks while it goes on. When it is completed, it seems that everything about Cally has been erased. But has it? We’ll let you find out the rest and how this all works pout for these two.

Overall, nice writing, that is delivered very well and realistically by AJ, Aaron and the rest of this good cast. The locales and settings fit in perfectly with the story and the cinematography is clean, sharp and offers up some great visuals. As for the sex scenes they are solid, nothing out of the ordinary, but they do pack a very passionate and explosive punch adding to the overall production. This is strictly a couples friendly film with some humor, drama and delivered in a very believable style under Ms. Blue’s direction. I definitely recommend “Fragment of Love” from Adam & Eve Pictures, our “Friday 4 Star Feature” here on AAN.
