Nominees are selected based on leadership, business acumen, community influence, and overall career achievement from a pool of pre-nomination entries submitted by industry members. Erika Icon is up for WIA Woman of the Year and is in a category with some of the industry’s biggest and most respected influencers.
Voting for the 2025 XBIZ Exec Awards is now open. Industry members may cast their votes via XBIZ.net.

ABOUT ERIKA ICON & THE RUB PR
Born in NYC and with an East Coast attitude to match, Erika Icon is one of the feistiest women in the adult industry with over 15 years of experience.
