Today is Christmas Eve and tonight Santa will be making his rounds throughout the world. While he is delivering gifts, I also hope and pray he can deliver one more thing for us all…………….peace, tolerance and anew beginning with the new year.

As we get ready to celebrate Christmas with family and friends and remember the true meaning of this day, I ask everyone to please put away the hate and turn it into love and understanding. It is the only way we are going to survive all that hate and division has brought our way and we need to rid ourselves of this.

It seems like no matter where you go today, food shopping, stopping for gas, Christmas shopping, etc. 90% of the people have that look of hate, disgust, anger or whatever word you want to use. I have been around a lot more years than most all of you and it truly pains me to see the attitudes, looks and comments that come from people today not only online but out in public. This is not the way it was when I grew up and doesn’t have to be that way now either. And do not give that stale, old excuse that one certain man is to blame for all of the hate and discord today, because that is simply not true.

So, as we prepare for this Christmas holiday, please add an extra prayer for Santa to help bring more peace and love to the world in the coming year. I thank you all for the support you have given “Art’s World” all these years, it means the world to me. Enjoy the holiday, I hope Santa is good to you and yours and have a very Merry Christmas,
