The multi award winning director, Jacky St. James, brings four romantic stories centered around proposals of marriage, but all with different scenarios. From the acclaimed “Tales From the Heart” series, these four vignettes are beautifully done and feature an excellent cast. Among them is Adria Rae who just won the award for Best New Starlet – Editor’s Choice at our just completed NightMoves Adult Awards. This release is filled with all the emotions, feelings, desires that go into the proposal and the beginning of a new life together.
It begins with snippets of the vignettes to cpome with some narratives of what is going on in each couple’s romance. These segments give you a good ifdea of what to expect and the sexual heat that each one will provide. The first scene has Tyler Nixon and Adria Rea as the couple. It’s nighttime, Adria is asleep and Tyler sneaks in with a tape measure to slip around her finger so he can get a ring size. Adria awakes and he quickly fumbles his way out of it. Seems like every time Tyler wants to pop the question and give her the ring something goes wrong and it becomes a comedy of errors. He is beside himself over losing the ring and tries to act as if nothing is wrong.
However, no need to worry as Adria is getting ready to do the laundry she comes across the ring in one of Tyler’s pants pockets and then teases him about it and asking her to marry him. Of course she says yes, he slips the ring on her finger and they celebrate in the best way possible, with a hot sexual encounter. It is a very steamy encounter with a lot of sensuality from both of them and an obvious chemistry that kicks in right from the start as they pleasure one another in variety of ways before Tyler explodes mostly on her tummy the both of them smiling and happy about what lies ahead for them. This opening scene plays very realistically with Tyler perfect as the bumbling guy wanting to make everything just right.
The three other vignettes that follow also have good storyline set ups and good pairings. The second one has Gia Page and Logan Pierce as a couple who are ready to take the big step until an offer of going to a college in another country comes into the picture. Then there is Stevie Foxx in a fun scene with Derrick Pierce. He is the bad boy in town but once Stevie became part of his life he is seeing a whole new world around him and likes everything she brings him. The finale has Abella Danger getting bachelor Ryan McLane to think otherwise, but a problem ensues in this finale story.
As always, the narratives really help rather than distract and lend to each vignette. The direction is fluid, and allows the performers to come across real and believable. The story lines are filled with a lot of believable humor and the overall chemistry between the performers works well. The sex in relatively conventional but it is filled with a lot of passion, realism and total connections. Ms. St, James has come up with another well done production with a very good cast to make it work very well. I definitely recommend “The Proposal” for enjoyable, entertaining couples viewing and why it is my “Friday 4 Star Feature” on AAN.
