It opens with Jessica and ms. Price giving you an idea of what to expect. Ms. Price tells us that everything changes as we grow older. So adjustments must be made in our live, sexually and otherwise. She then says that she will be discussing subjects like erections, vaginal dryness, desires, adjustments in styles, sex toys and much more. Then she introduces us to our first over 60 couple, Bonnie and Joel who have been together a long time and are 70 and 69 young years of age. They talk very candidly about their sex life now and how it has changed and how it has become more enjoyable between them. They say they have sex three times a week and some people are shocked! But they both admit that with the changes also comes better communication when it comes to sex. In her case because she has some back problems they may have to stop or put an encounter off, but again the communication is key. They also talk about a few things that are different now and that they will experiment with such as she being blindfolded and adding an element of surprise.

In between scenes Ms. Price talks more about all the differences about seniors and sex. She talks about the myths, the how to’s, the whys and wherefores in regards to senior sex and how it can be better. We get to see Bonnie and Joel engaging in sexual play and how they go about pleasuring one another in very unrehearsed graphic style. It is a joy watching two seniors totally into each other and the roles that sex plays in their lives. Again we hear from Ms. Price throughout with plenty of great information, suggestions and answers to questions you may have. She touches on just about everything you could imagine when it comes to sex, our bodies as we age and so much more.You also get to meet the other couple Gaylen and Marlene and also how they respond to being seniors and enjoying sex. You also get to see them sexually interact as well. This is an excellent DVD that answers a lot of questions and puts to rest some of the negativity regarding seniors and sex. As Ms. Price says, it is something to be celebrated, not put out to pasture because of one’s age. There is much to learn and enjoy in this DVD.

One a personal note: Carole and I fall into this age group (and then some). However, I can honestly tell you our sex lives are very full, very active, very exciting and in many ways better than it was years ago. Yes, we have had to make a few adjustments here and there due to some physical problems, but it is still a very important part of our lives. We have not let our chronological ages decide what our sex lives should or should not be. Do not shut yourself down sexually. It is a very true statement that age is only a number.
