Motion Picture Adaptation of Selena Kitt’s Erotic Novel Earns 8 AVN Nominations and 14 XBIZ Nominations!
LOS ANGELES (December 1, 2016) – Adam & Eve’s “Babysitting the Baumgartners” the acclaimed erotic adaptation of New York Times bestselling author Selena Kitt’s novel of the same name has earned a combined 22 industry award nominations. They include eight from AVN, and 14 from XBIZ.
Directed by award-winning adult filmmaker Kay Brandt, “Babysitting the Baumgartners,” features adult superstars and real-life married couple Anikka Albrite and Mick Blue as Doc and Carrie Baumgartner who go on vacation with their young babysitter (Sara Luvv) and open their bedroom door to her for decadent erotic adventures. The cast includes AJ Applegate and Brandt herself in a non-sex role.

The XBIZ Awards, hosted by Adult Industry icon Ron Jeremy, will be presented on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. The AVN Awards, to be hosted by adult stars Riley Reid and Aspen Rae, will take place on January 21, 2017 at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.
The movie is part of the bestselling Baumgartner series by Kitt originally launched in 2008, which includes “Meet the Baumgartners,” “A BaumGartner Christmas,” and the upcoming “Adventures with the Baumgartners,” to be released in February 2017 exclusively on AdamEveTV.com in conjunction with the release movie of the same name from Adam & Eve – a first for the adult industry.
