Male & Female Performers of the Year Win Best Couple Award

VENICE, CA – Mick Blue hadn’t been to Venus Berlin in nine years, but when he did return it was as the biggest male porn star on the planet with a wife who is the most-celebrated female adult star in the world. And they were quickly recognized as such.

Mick and wife/Female Performer of the Year Anikka Albrite won Best International Pornstar Couple at the 2015 Venus Awards and also presented the Best Pornstar trophy to Germany’s Lullu Gun.

“After almost a decade I returned to the Venus Awards and for Anikka it was her first time,” the reigning Male Performer of the Year said. “It was time to expand our fanbase and to visit Europe again and meet all the great German fans we have. It was a great experience because they are very passionate.”

Mick says they were surprised and delighted to be called to the stage to receive the Best International Pornstar Couple trophy.

“This special award means a lot to us because it is the first time we have shared an award together for being a couple in our industry and it represents what we are standing for,” he said. “We want to show others that you can have a strong relationship with each other in our industry and have huge success with it!”

The couple is looking forward to attending the 20th Venus Berlin next year.
