Wicked Pictures continues to be one of the few studios still putting out excellent feature film productions that have good story lines, plots, great settings, superb cinematography, “A” list casting and sizzling sex scenes always wrapped up a very couples friendly package.
That being said, here Brad Armstrong continues his mastery of the epic story telling of what the future could hold. The premise of this film is set in the near future but the whole idea behind the production is not far from the truth of today. In his take the government has basically turned its back on society. In the process the Health Care and Medical Insurance Industries have gone totally haywire (sound familiar?). Medical costs have skyrocketed to the point where many procedures that were normally done have now become “Black Market” operations. This is where the story really takes on an edge of your seat, gritty, compelling turn with the new world of organ selling… and stealing. Donor Lists mean nothing and are a thing of the past. People are willing to do whatever they have to in order to get the lifesaving organs they need. It pretty much becomes a world where, in this black market economy, the highest bidder lives.
Alan Hendrix is an unscrupulous businessman who only cares about two things……power and money! He assembles a group of ladies he calls the Takers. The trio is made up of Karen (Asa Akira), Sienna (Anna Foxxx) and Carrie (Kleio Valentine) all sexy and beautiful seductresses who know exactly how to lure men into a night of passion they’ll never forget. The twist here is that when these men wake up from their night of sexual bliss they find they have become unwilling organ donors. There is a lot more that takes place in this very strong, dramatic film that will hold your interest start to finish. There are twists and turns throughout between the people involved in this scheme and how it can all go up in smoke. It can also have a very violent end for some as well.
From a sex standpoint the guys and gals really bring their “A” game. Asa has never been hotter or more sexual, the interracial scene with Ana and Ryan is a pure gem, Kleio is a rock ‘em, sock ‘em delight as always. The sex is intense, hard hitting, explosive and very well crafted. The setting, effects and backdrops are tremendous and the acting is above par by a very talented and experienced cast who all work very well together. It will certainly garner some award nomination buzz. This is a very couple’s friendly film that has everything you could want for your money in a well done adult production that definitely has the total mainstream feel to it. I strongly recommend getting “Takers” from Wicked Pictures. ****1/2
