Japanese adult film star and cosplayer Luna Amemiya had her anatomy surgically customized, and Seiraku Toys reproduced the result in “Luna Amemiya: Holy Mother’s Embrace,” now available to U.S. customers at Onahole.com/lunaamemiya for $129.95.

The torso stands 25 cm tall and weighs 2.7 kg in super-premium dual-layer TPE, modeled on Luna’s real proportions. According to Seiraku Toys, it is also the first product to show her breasts uncensored, with her approval. The internal design recreates Luna’s surgically customized anatomy in a 14 cm, four-zone structure. Every unit carries her handwritten signature stamp and includes a signed postcard.

“Plenty of torsos are based on a real body.
