(New York, NY / September 2, 2026) – Roux brought her purple Porsche 911 GT3 RS to Lightning Raceway at New Jersey Motorsports Park, finally checking off a goal she has had since purchasing the car last November.

Roux joined Metro NY PCA’s high-performance driver education weekend in Millville, New Jersey, an instructed event welcoming drivers of different skill levels and car makes. The experience gave her the chance to start learning how to carry speed through turns, better understand the GT3 RS and connect with fellow members of the car community.

“I’ve wanted to track my GT3 RS since I got her last November, but I couldn’t find the time,” said Roux. “I’ve loved going fast and adrenaline-inducing hobbies since I was about four because of my dad. He used to put me on the tank of his bike and do wheelies, and allegedly I would yell, ‘Faster!’ As an adult, I still love speed, but now I’m learning the ins and outs of handling it through turns. I also love the car community and getting to share the experience with other people.”

The weekend marked Roux’s first step toward developing a more technical understanding of performance driving, with future track days giving her more opportunities to build her skills behind the wheel.
