Los Angeles, CA–June 2, 2026- -The Fans Only franchise, Fans Only: The Human Side of Porn and Fans Only 2: Dreams, Fame & Desire (Vandercom Films) have won an XRCO Award for Mainstream Crossover of the Year or Documentary of the Year.
In an ‘access-all-areas’ journey through the adult film industry, Joel Van der Molen teams up with porn legend Tommy Gunn to challenge stereotypes, uncover personal stories, and explore the human side of a misunderstood world.
“Winning this award for Fans Only is a real honor and a reflection of the trust the performers placed in me to tell their stories honestly,” says director and creator Joel Van der Molen. “I also reinforce my belief that there’s powerful human storytelling to be found in every corner of the industry when it’s approached with respect and curiosity”

About James Bartholet:
Multiple award-winning actor of television and movies, a radio host and film
producer James Bartholet has been working in the entertainment industry for
over four decades. Appearing in both mainstream and adult films. Bartholet is
the host of the long running and popular television and radio show “Inside the

in Piccadilly Circus in London. Bartholet is also a producer of this
documentary.
