Alive – Dorcel – Director – Ricky Greenwood – Cast – Victoria Voxxx, Sophia Locke, Queenie Sateen, Kendra Sunderland, Nicole Doshi, August Skye, Ariel Demure, Chad Alva, Charles Dera, Isiah Maxwell, Roman Todd, Cliff Jensen, Dillon Diaz.

Dorcel has been doing high class porn in Europe for more than forty years and in that time gained a solid American audience. A couple of years ago he decided to set up shop in the U.S. also using our top adult directors and performers. The results were immediate with big feature productions that won a number of awards from AVN, XBIZ, NightMoves, XRCO, etc. Now comes along this exceptional body of work under the direction of the multi faceted and multi award winning director, Ricky Greenwood. Starring one of adult’s most diversely talented stars, Victoria Voxx and an all star cast, “Alive” is a dramatic musical story that has everything an award nominated film should have, story, plot, solid performances, steamy sex, sparkling visuals and in this case, some fantastic music performed by Ms. Voxxx and Queenie Sateen, with both also writing the original score. This one may just go down as one of Dorcel’s best ever.

While there are five heart pounding sex scenes in the film, for me they are the perfect additions to a very strong story and plot that gives the viewer a complete entertainment experience that they will remember. There are several sub plots that go along in the film that allow the characters to develop and the story offer twists and turns. So, while the sex scenes are powerful and cover most everything sexually, it is this entire story and its surroundings that is the main focus. It is done in such a way that it could possibly lead to sequel at some point.

In the film Victoria plays a singer/musician who has left a somewhat clouded past behind her and is trying to find a new road to travel. She takes a job as a waitress at a bar owned by Rob, well played by Chad Alva, who is a washed up old country star with his own checkered past. Right from the start you can feel the tension between these two, but Victoria needs the job and needs the time to rework her music career. We get to see her working on new songs but she is interrupted by the sounds from the room next to hers. Here we see Isiah Thomas and Valentina Nappi doing the do in every way. While it is a slight interruption Victoria keeps on writing and playing.

There are two other waitresses that work with Victoria, Judy (Sophia Locke) and Tara (Queenie Sateen) (who is also the writer and performer with Victoria of the song they do together). Sophia has pretty much taken Victoria under her charge and also fills her in about Rob and what he is all about, at least from what they know. Along the way as the three girls meet after work, one thing begins to lead to another and before you know these three get into a lesbian threesome and it rekindles some wild thoughts for Victoria. But that is not the only sex we get at this point as Charles Dera enters the picture. He is an old friend of Rob’s but likes his ladies and indulges himself in a wild encounter with Nicole, August and Kendra. It is also revealed the unless his friend can help money wise, he will lose the bar and everything that goes with it if an upcoming show doesn’t deliver. Charles says he will help but sex first and that’s where the three girls come in.

This is the point in the film where things begin to become a little clearer regarding Rob as well as Victoria and will change the entire dynamic that has been building. The show goes on featuring Victoria along with Rob, Sophia and Judy and it is a major hit. Whether you like country music or not, you cannot deny the singing talents and musicianship of Victoria, as well as the rest. But now that is a hit and it looks like Rob will not lose that bar, he has a sudden change of heart regarding Victoria and that leads to another situation that unveils some of the past for everyone involved as Victoria rides on to stardom.

The writing is very crisp, realistic and well played. The cinematography offers up some great views of the performers in a variety of shades and colors. The music is very well done and has hit potential. The casting is absolutely perfect and the overall context of this production is very much award worthy. It is already nominated in a number of categories by AVN and XBIZ with more to follow. It will definitely bring your day or evening Alive!
