LOS ANGELES, CA – MAY 17 2024 – Reigning XBIZ Performer of the Year Seth Gamble is pleased to announce the release of Posh, the grand finale of Luminati, his latest collaboration with Los Angeles-based filmmaker, cinematographer and editor Siren Obscura. Starring Gamble and AVN/XBIZ award winner Queenie Sateen, the ambitious cinemacore sequence is now available on LucidFlix.com.
In Posh, Gamble and Obscura transport viewers to a uniquely vintage, high-fashion world of allure and escapism, where a glamorous lady (Sateen) accustomed to having her wishes fulfilled arrives back at her swanky penthouse after a night on the town, only to find her chosen companion for the evening (Gamble) waiting. “The idea for Posh was to explore those classic 90s visuals,” the actor/filmmaker observed, “while still being true to the concept of bringing themes to life where the girls are the main focus, as opposed to having a set with the girls being dressed for the set.”
“Siren and I reflected on the 1990s, an era marked by diverse and experimental visual styles, shaped by cultural and technological shifts,” the performer/director continued. “The decade was characterized by high-contrast lighting and vivid colors, especially in fashion and music videos, alongside the gritty, raw look of the grunge aesthetic. We even played with some vintage 90s equipment to evoke certain images with handheld cameras, to create authenticity, because the era was a melting pot of past influences and new possibilities.”
Gamble was pleased to welcome Queenie Sateen back to one of his sets. “When I envisioned this particular scene, Queenie immediately emerged as the sole performer capable of executing it with unparalleled success,” he enthused. “She was incredible in Timeless, the movie I had directed her in for Wicked. I knew she would instinctively understand the 1990s aesthetic we sought to capture here. Queenie infused our sex scene with her charisma; we had an electric, believable connection that made the sex natural and spontaneous.”
