Entrepreneur and adult entertainer Damon Dice has spent a decade in the adult industry as a featured performer who has shot more than 1,000 professional scenes for the top studios in the business – but there’s much more to the fourth generation Angeleno than meets the eye.

Born in Long Beach, California and raised in Frederick, Maryland, Dice’s impressive lineage spans the military, law enforcement and government service, and he continues to follow in the family footsteps with his dedication to philanthropy and social responsibility within his community.

Dice earned a degree at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina in Hospitality Management with a focus on conventions and special event management. While academics thrived, his athletic prowess shone as an All-American Javelin Thrower, and Dice emerged as a top student leader at ECU.

Dice’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to create prominent startups, including the EyeBar livestream app in 2012, which garnered multiple awards for its innovative startup concept. Notably, he collaborated with ECU alumna Carter Cruise in webcamming to fund this venture, marking his introduction to the adult industry. He also initiated Brand My Snaps, a custom Snapchat filter company, co-founded PS Condoms to promote sexual health awareness, works as a strategist at Jardin Dispensary in Las Vegas and advised the Bluewire Podcast Network, showcasing his diverse business acumen.

Dice is an avid traveler with a deep love for the outdoors – hiking, camping, snowboarding and surfing, as well as baseball, football, basketball and track & field. He enjoys livestreaming Wiffle Ball games on Twitch. He also actively mentors entrepreneurs and small business owners, participates in business panel discussions, and practices yoga, meditation and holistic endeavors to relax. He has also produced/co-produced 20 different podcasts in 2023 and continues his commitment to a variety of diverse interests and passions.
