TAMPA, FL (OCTOBER 14, 2019) –The 27th Annual NightMoves Awards weekend concluded Sunday evening October 13 and they were a huge success! The festivities started on Thursday October 10 with the “Caravan of Stars” visiting Tampa Bay area dance clubs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The Awards Show itself happened on Sunday evening at Tampa Bay’s newest adult entertainment club Thee Manor Gentlemen’s Club!
“We had an amazing cast attend our show this year featuring Victoria June, Emily Addison, Christie Stevens, Arietta Adams, Misty Stone, Victoria Voxxx, Jillian Janson, Foxxy, Lauren Phillips, Axel Braun, James Bartholet and Ron Jeremy (just to name a few). We also had seven of the top showgirls in the USA (Stacia Dianna, Janine Jericho, Dinah Might, Justice, Shelby Doll, Blake Monroe and Shar Zayn) battle for $5,000 in the NightMoves Invitational Dance Contest! We had an overflow crowd and it was quite an exciting evening!” said Paul Allen owner of NightMoves Magazine.

The NightMoves® Awards, started in 1993, is the third oldest and continuously running adult awards show in the United States, trailing only the AVN Awards and the industry-only XRCO Awards. To be considered eligible, a movie had to have been released between June 16, 2018 and June 15, 2019. Individual Awards are also based on this same time frame except for those in the “New Starlet” category, whose performances between January 1, 2018 and June 15, 2019 qualify.
Fans and industry people were able to log their votes for their favorite adult performers, directors, films and feature dancers at: www.NightMoves.xxx. Local (Tampa Bay) people voted for their favorite clubs, video stores, dancers, bartenders and DJ’s at the same website.
The voting period ran from July15 to September15. There was only vote allowed per IP address and a legal ballot must have votes in at least 6 categories.
The NightMoves® Awards were the first to allow fans to select their winners, making it the original Fan-Based Awards, as well as the first awards show to allow on-line voting. In addition to the Fan Awards, the show presents Editor’s Choice awards, based on reviews of DVDs in which nominated performers have appeared.
The NightMoves® Awards are more than a one-night awards show; it is a fun-filled, exciting, ultra-busy weekend that includes “Star Caravan” events at local nightclubs and multiple radio appearances. The Awards Show itself will be held in Clearwater, Florida Sunday, October 13 at the newest club in Central Florida, Thee Manor. Stars arrive in Tampa Bay on October 10 and visit area clubs Thursday-Saturday nights. Saturday, October 12 is the “FanFest Expo” where stars sign autographs, take photos and sell merchandise.
