Director B. Skow’s ‘The Switch’ earned a Best Sex Scene award from XBIZ for a stunning performance by Katrina Jade and Xander Corvus
VALENCIA, CA (January 18, 2017) – Acclaimed adult film director B. Skow has garnered a win at the 2017 XBIZ Awards for Best Sex Scene – Couples Themed Release. The scene starring Katrina Jade and Xander Corvus was featured in Skow’s sex comedy The Switch. Earlier in the evening Jade and Corvus took top honors when they were named Femaie Performer of the Year and Male Performer of the Year.
The Jade/Corvus pairing was one of two scenes to gain recognition for the film nominated Couples-Themed Release of the Year. Xander Corvus and Romi Rain were also nominated for their scene in The Switch. Corvus’ performance also earned a Best Actor – Couples-Themed Release nomination, while co-star Mia Malkovich was nominated for Best Actress – Couples-Themed Release.
When the winning scene was announced, B. Skow was elated over the news. “It was such a pleasure to work with Katrina and Xander, and I’m completely thrilled and honored to receive recognition for all the hard work we have put in,” said Skow. “It’s been an amazing year.”
