Barbarella An Axel Braun Parody – Wicked Comix – Director – Axel Braun – Cast – Riley Steele, Asa Akira, Chanell Heart, Rachael Madori, Priya Ria, Jessica Ryan, Selma Sins, Kiki D’ Aire, James Bartholet, Kurt Lockwood, Alec Knight, Evan Stone, Eric Masterson, Ron Jeremy and Tera Patrick.

The original Barbarella came out in 1968 with Jane Fonda in the title role and was basically a foreign made film directed by Fonda’s then husband Roger Vadim. It was campy, it was taken from the French comic book series and it would become a cult classic in the late 70’s. Now Axel Braun takes hold of this one and gives it his very adult spin with Riley Steele in the title role and she does a tremendous job as the highly sexed astronaut out to find the invention of Durand-Durand called the Positonic Ray.

Right from the start with our sexy astronaut unveiling her body as she tumbles in sp-ace we know this will be something fun and special. After the opening credits we see Barbarella, who is a bit of a dimwit, being contacted by her boss, Dianthus (Tera Patrick) and being given the mission of retrieving the Positronic Ray, a weapon Earth leaders fear will fall into the wrong hands. Barbarella lands on the planet and is greeted by Nylo and Mylo (Evan Stone, Eric Masterson) who look more like exiles from Santa land. Of course to get any info Barbarella needs to do what she can do best and we get a three way scene. After she takes care of them she passes out and is taken to another space ship. Here she gets rescued by a big wolf, literally, who is actually another astronaut, Mark Hand (Alec Knight). He gets her back to her space ship and of course Barbarella repays him for rescuing her in her own way.

After that she is off in her space ship but something goes wrong and it crashes. But she is rescued by a fallen angel Pygar ( Michael Vegas). But his powers are gone so Barbarella knows how to get them back. Pygar takes her off to a place where they will be safe, but will they? Next up is a scene that is all female3 and headed by the Great Tyrant (Asa Akira) as these ladies have their way with one another. After they are done the Great Tyrant summons the captured Barbarella. Unknowingly, she is escorted in by Durand-Durand (James Bartholet). The two women know each other and there is a pretty humorous exchange here. Remember we said Barbarella was not all that smart. So she is tossed into a cell. Suddenly the wall opens and she meets the leader of the Revelation Dildono (Ron Jeremy). He tells her if she will help him take down the Great Tyrant he will help her find Durand-Durand and she agrees. However, she comes across the evil Durand-Durand who takes her off to his chamber and……..oh never mind, we’ll let you find out for yourself just how this all works out for Barbarella and her mission. We will tell you there is a lot more sex, twists, turns and surprises, especially between Barbarella and the Great Tyrant to come. There is also a scene with Durand-Durand and his machine that is very funny.

The entire production has a total campy feeling, look and presence as it should with the music adding the perfect touch in the opening, closing and throughout. The casting was terrific and Riley Steele was absolutely the best she has been in the title role. The entire cast filled out the various roles, big and small, perfectly with James Bartholet in another over the top role as the evil Durand-Durand. The cinematography was clean, sharp, offering up great visuals and colors. The lighting effects special effects and costuming were all spot on. The sexual scenes packed a lot of cum dripping punch and were well done. Axel Braun has once again, with an attention to detail, created another comic parody that will be a heavy award nominee next season. I highly recommend “Barbarella An Axel Braun Parody”  from Wicked Pictures for your viewing pleasure and entertainment.
