(Montreal, QC / February 22, 2017) – Adult video sharing website RedTube reveals its fans’ top picks for the 2017 Oscar race in its latest blog post, according to a wide-ranging customer survey that received 100,000 responses from all over the world.

RedTube polled its online visitors and asked them to predict this year’s Academy Award winners, as two previous polls accurately predicted Donald Trump’s presidential win and Adele’s recent Grammy sweep.
“Our RedTube viewers have been right on the money in our last two polls, so we’re thinking of putting down some serious bets for the Oscars this year,” said Alex Taylor, Vice-President of RedTube/MindGeek.

Key survey highlights from RedTube’s Oscar poll include:
La La Land is the film most likely to walk away with an Oscar for Best Picture by a landslide vote (49%); Hacksaw Ridge came in a very far second with 12% of the votes, followed by Arrival and Hidden Figures, with 10% each.
Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone are expected to bring home awards for La La Land as well, including Best Actor (24% of the vote) and Best Actress (54%); as for Best Supporting Actor, Jeff Bridges (Hell or High Water) and Dev Patel (Lion), each shared 24% of the vote while Viola Davis (Fences) is a clear frontrunner for Best Supporting Actress with 30% of her category’s vote.
For Best Director, say RedTube pollsters, La La Land’s Damien Chazelle will earn the Best Director award with 51% of the votes while Hacksaw Ridge’s Mel Gibson’s polled at 21%. The Best Writing- Original Screenplay scored 49% of the votes while the Best Writing Adapted Screenplay trophy will go to Hidden Figures with 28% of the vote.
“Our RedTube poll results were pretty solid… now we just sit back and wait for this Sunday’s Oscars to see how right the fans are… again.”
