The cherry-flavored vodka wins the Silver Outstanding Medal for Taste and Bronze Medal for Packaging

(Los Angeles, CA – August 4, 2015) General Media Communications, Inc., the owner of the world-famous PENTHOUSE trademark, and Inland Beverages, licensee for PENTHOUSE branded spirits, announced today that PENTHOUSE Libido Libations cherry-flavored vodka has been awarded two medals from the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC).
The vodka garnered the Silver Outstanding Medal for exceptional taste and the Bronze Medal in recognition of the vodka’s exciting, eye-catching packaging.
PENTHOUSE Libido Libations are the first products of their kind on the market. Created for the male and female drinker, the two distinct formulas feature a proprietary blend of aphrodisiac herbs and a delicious cherry flavor encased in distinct blue and red painted bottles. They are craft distilled and imported from The Melchers Group, a 175 year-old specialty distillery in Holland. PENTHOUSE Libido Libations can be served over ice, mixed with fruit juice or topped with a refreshing lemon-lime soda.
Established in 1969, IWSC was the first competition of its kind set up to seek out, reward and promote the world’s best wines, spirits and liqueurs. The IWSC currently receives entries from approximately 90 countries and is globally recognized internationally as a true badge of quality.
The IWSC boasts the most highly qualified and trained group of international judges of any wine and spirit competition. Judges are selected for their knowledge and experience in order to ensure that products are evaluated fairly and with consumer expectations in mind. The IWSC is the only competition of its kind that conducts full blind taste tests followed by an extensive chemical analysis.

PENTHOUSE Spirits are currently available in Tennessee, Indiana, New York, South Dakota, West Virginia, Montana and Georgia with more states being added weekly.
