Acclaimed Film from LionReach Productions
& Adam & Eve Receives 4 Trophies,
Including Best Director – Feature!
 Marriage 2.0
LOS ANGELES (January 26, 2016)  – “Marriage 2.0,” produced by LionReach Productions and distributed by Adam & Eve, received four awards at the 2016 AVN Awards, including Best Polyamory Movie and Best Director – Feature for Paul Deeb. The show was held January 23 at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas.

In addition, the acclaimed film about polyamory, love, and relationships was honored for Best Marketing Campaign – Individual Project and Best Non-Sex Performance for Dr. Christopher Ryan, Ph.D.
“We’re very thankful for AVN’s recognition and very proud to receive these four awards for this amazing movie,” said Bob Christian, Adam & Eve director of business development. “It’s a credit to the vision of Magnus Sullivan and Paul Deeb in creating a film that has sparked a dialogue about the direction of independent cinema and adult films at the same time.”
“Marriage 2.0,” which made headlines across the country for combining explicit sex scenes with a compelling narrative, earned director Paul Deeb his first AVN Award for Best Director – Feature. Deeb is a noted producer, director, and visual artist with a resume that encompasses various interests and media.
“I am honored by this award and by the creative efforts of my incredibly talented cast and crew,” said Deeb. “Congratulations to fellow ‘Marriage 2.0’ AVN award-winner Chris Ryan, and thanks to the many people who made this unique creative collaboration possible.”
Also receiving his first AVN Award for Best Non-Sex Performance was Christopher Ryan, Ph.D., a psychologist, sex expert, and author of the best-selling book “Sex at Dawn” and the upcoming “Civilized to Death.”
Magnus Sullivan, who wrote and produced “Marriage 2.0,” first touched on the subject of polyamory in his acclaimed 2010 film “An Open Invitation: A Real Swingers Party in San Francisco.” That movie earned “Marriage 2.0” star India Summer the 2011 AVN Award for Best Actress.
The four AVN awards are the most recent among many for “Marriage 2.0” and its team. Earlier this month, the movie earned Best Actress, Best Sex Scene, Best Cinematography and Marketing Campaign of the Year honors at the 2016 XBIZ Awards. The film has also earned Movie of the Year at the 2015 Feminist Porn Awards and Best Narrative at the 2015 CineKink Film Festival.
“Marriage 2.0” features performances from adult entertainment stars, such as India Summer, Ryan Driller, Dylan Ryan, Nina Hartley, and Mickey Mod, along with appearances from internationally renowned sex and relationship experts, such as Emily Morse, Chris Ryan, Marcia Baczynski, Carol Queen, and Reid Mihalko. The film follows a couple (India Summer and Ryan Driller) in an open relationship, as they search for personal freedom, as well as emotional and sexual bliss within the context of an honest and committed modern relationship.
The marketing award comes as the indie film managed to capture the attention of mainstream film reviewers and writers from Salon, Indiewire, 411Mania, and other major media sites since its world premiere on AdamAndEveTV.com last February.

“Marriage 2.0” is available on DVD and includes 69 minutes of behind the scenes footage, including alternate takes of scenes, movie trailers, a photo gallery, animated chapter index, and more. For additional information about “Marriage 2.0,” visit www.Marriage2point0movie.com.

About LionReach Productions:
LionReach Productions is the brainchild of Magnus Sullivan, a screenwriter and producer from the Bay Area. Sullivan’s interest in the dynamics of open marriages, the challenges, and the opportunities for growth is a constant theme in his first two movies. “An Open Invitation” was Sullivan’s first foray into adult cinema and remains one of the bestselling movies on the subject. It earned star India Summer the 2012 AVN Awards Best Actress trophy. “Marriage 2.0,” Sullivan’s first film produced by LionReach, exponentially expands on the scope of “An Open Invitation,” making the Bay Area itself a character. “San Francisco is at the center of a relationship revolution,” Sullivan says, “And we aim to capture that in our movies.” “Marriage 2.0” was named Best Polyamory Movie at the 2016 AVN Awards and received a total of 10 awards from various shows and festivals.
