This week we feature a blonde beauty who has been in the adult film industry since 2006.She is a very underrated performer who has turned in some scorching scenes in her career. Her name is Charlotte Stokely.
She was born August 8, 1986, Utah, grew up and went to school there. Even at an early age Charlotte had an eye for entertaining. While she was in high school she would dance on stage for shows of a local band. She worked as a cashier at grocery store and when she was old enough, as a waitress at a strip club. She was always comfortable with her sexuality, so working a strip club was no big deal.
Her entry in the adult industry came as a result of her roommate who was a stripper. She had gotten a part in a porn film and that intrigued Charlotte. She had begun experimenting with girls and boys at a young age so the idea of porn was not shocking to her. Charlotte was asked by the guy who cast her friend to appear on camera, but she didn’t say yes right away. It took three tries before she said yes and then did her first on camera sex scene.
From there she got herself an agent left Utah and flew to Los Angeles. When she first got started most of her work was for several Internet companies in Florida. From there it was back to California to begin doing DVD and feature movie work. In her own words, “The porn industry had always appealed to me. Ever since I was a young girl, I was very open with my sexuality.” Along the way she [picked up the nickname “Bubble butt”, which she likes and you can see why.
She has done a variety of genres since coming into the business, features, gonzo and “alt porn”, one of them being an alt version of Debbie Does Dallas entitled Debbie Loves Dallas back in 2007. Charlotte is not your typical porn star because of her “alt” work as well as regular work in features, but wherever she appears she puts on one hell of a performance.
In addition to her porn work Charlotte Stokely has also been a model for American Apparel. That came about when Dov Charney, American Apparel’s founder and CEO was a personal fan of her work. He called her while she was directing a web-series and asked her to come in for some test shots.They turned out great and soon she was modeling for the company. She uses the name “Britney” in her American Apparel work to “keep things interesting and more ‘girl next door’
Charlotte has also been nominated for several AVN awards but has yet to come away a winner. She has also dabbled in some mainstream work, appearing in the 2014 TV movie Eve’s Secret and was a contestant on the reality television TV show Jenna’s American Sex Star. Aside from her performing, she has also done some directing as well and has a variety of projects ready to go in the new year. She has also gone the MILF route with success.
Since coming into the business, Charlotte has appeared in over 250 scenes and worked for a number of the top companies. Among them have been Evil Angel, Hustler, Naughty America, Zero Tolerance, Adam & Eve, Vivid, Wicked Pictures, Digital Playground and more.
