“With the overwhelming success of last year’s Awards Show (receiving almost 400,000 votes) we have decided to expand our categories. New to our ballot this year are the “Best On-Line Presence”, “Best Ethnic Series”, “Pleasures Products Company of the Year” and “Pleasures Product of the Year” categories. These are a welcome additions to our list which now totals 26 separate nominations”, said NightMoves owner Paul Allen.
The NightMoves® Awards, started in 1993, is the third oldest and continuously running adult awards show in the United States, trailing only the AVN Awards and the XRCO Awards. To be considered eligible, a movie has to have been released between June 15, 2015 and June 14, 2016. Individual Awards are also based on this same time frame except for those in the “New Starlet” category, whose performances between June 15, 2014 and June 14, 2016 qualify.

The deadline for votes is 11:59pm, Tuesday, September 15. There is only vote allowed per IP address; a legal ballot must have votes in at least 6 categories.
The NightMoves® Awards were the first to allow fans to select their winners, making it the original Fan-Based Awards, as well as the first awards show to allow on-line voting. In addition to the Fan Awards, the show presents Editor’s Choice awards, based on reviews of DVDs in which nominated performers have appeared.
The NightMoves® Awards are more than a one-night awards show; it is a fun-filled, exciting, ultra-busy weekend that includes “Star Caravan” events at local nightclubs and multiple radio appearances. In addition, fans will be able to meet and interact with performers at the NightMoves® Fan Fest, where stars sign autographs and take photos.
